'Kozi Pribeh' ('Goat Story') new trailer is out!!

Hi guys, after six months in GlasgowAnimation Ltd. I moved from Glasgow to Prague (in January). Where, in March, I started to work on another interesting project in small animation studio called Art and Animation Studio. We are currently working on feature film "Kozi Pribeh" ("Goat Story"). It is CG animated comedy about two friends based on old Prague legends. Coming out soooon ;)

Since my last post, short animated film "Cheese" was screened on couple festivals. I would like to mention AniBoom Awards 2007 where "Cheese" ended up as one of the five finalist in 'Comedy' category. Winning animation was "Jungle Jail".

Czech magazine about 2D/3D graphics and animation, digital video and sound - 'Pixel' published one page interview, where I talk about Vancouver Film School and "Cheese". Thanks to Petra Stefankova and forum.animacia.sk ;)

Another good news :) .. Cheese is pre-selected and will be screened at another two festivals; Animatu 2007 in Portugal and Anim'est 2007 in Bucharest, Romania ;)

Check new links I added. Sandy's (Alexander Unick) animated short from VFS "Little Jimmy Liked to Jump". Really cool story :) .. I like the ending - very funny :)
Ken's (Chan Ken Neth) devianart site and his short "Apple". Nice animation and simple designs

I'm glad I can say that "Cheese" was added to Steve Odgen's AnimWatch.com. You can find review here or in AnimWatch filmlist

oh ... I haven't posted for a long time. I don't really have any new work to post right now. I'm doing some work for game company and I suppose to officially start in July. Only good news I have right now is that "Cheese" is nominated for CG Excellence Award 2007 and will be screened at CGOverdrive Expo CGOvedrive Expo in Singapore :)))

I recently graduated at VFS (Classical Animation, Digital Character Animation) and right now I’m looking for a job as an Animator. If you like my work and know about something please let me know at haak.jo@azet.sk … thanks ;)

"Cheese" is finished!!! :) ... My another final project from VFS is done; animation, sound and eeeeeverything is finished. Just click on the image and enjoy it ... hope you'll like it ;)
... in case link doesn't work, you can find "Cheese" in my aniboom zone, too

If you like animation, you can find many cool animated films on www.aniboom.com. And don’t forget to check my aniboom zone where you can find my films and little bit more information about me ;)

A short animation I did for small competition organized by animacia.forum.sk (in association with www.pixel.cz). It is like tensecondclub competition. Dialogue (monologue) is from Czech movie Limonadovy Joe (Lemonade Joe). Click on image or here.

Here is short preview (one scene) of my new short film named Cheese. It is 3D animation done in Maya. I’m still working on it and animation will be done end of February. I probably publish this film later, because I still need to get sound. Final version should be finished by April.

Couple of cycles and animation done in Maya
run cycle
walk cycle
lipsync
weight lift
ball catch
handle pull

Short flash film named Bedtime Story. It is story about small boy and his mom reading bedtime story to him for good night. Boy imagination comes live out of book.

I did this short flash animation in 2006 also as school project.
